Community Use Letters
The following letters are COMMUNITY USE LETTERS designed to be used by Greystone Community POA members to remind their neighbors about Bill of Assurance restrictions in Greystone Community POA Neighborhoods. These letters are designed to be used in good faith by neighbors to help neighbors who may not be familiar with Bill of Assurance requirements. The POA felt these letters were necessary because Greystone has 22 different neighborhoods all with different Bill of Assurance Requirements and the POA needs everybody's help to keep Greystone looking awesome. The letters address the most common BOA violations and use of the letters will reduce that amount of time it takes to notify residents of BOA violations. THESE LETTERS DO NOT APPLY TO EVERY NEIGHBORHOOD in Greystone and restrictions are noted in the descriptions below!! If you send a letter to a neighbor and the situation does not get fixed, please let the GCPOA know and we will start working to see if a violation has indeed occurred and start working on a solution if necessary. This letter is a community use letter designed to reduce street parking in Greystone. It is for use by any GCPOA resident, to be sent to GCPOA neighbors to politely remind them that street parking by residents is prohibited in the majority of GCPOA neighborhoods. This letter is NOT APPLICABLE to Phase 3, Phase 4, The Villages, Stone Ridge, Georgetown, OR THE Algonquin, Cobblestone, Valhalla, or Greystone Estates POAs
This letter is a community use letter designed to inform GCPOA residents that Trailers, boats, RV, and disabled vehicles are not to be parked in front of residents or in view from the front facing street in accordance with the Greystone Community POA Bills of Assurance. This letter is for use by any GCPOA resident, to be sent to GCPOA neighbors to politely remind them of GCPOA BOA policy. This letter is NOT APPLICABLE to the Algonquin, Cobblestone, Valhalla, or Greystone Estates POAs
